We are fully licensed, trained, equipped, proficient in English, and available on an hourly, daily or per item basis.
Our cleaning services can be adapted to all aspects and stages of the relocation process, from departure and arrival cleans when moving home, cleaning when departing a rental property, or regular scheduled cleaning for managed properties.
Our clients and their relocating employees can expect that their property will be provided with professional clean, managed and cleaned throughout the term, (where requested to do so) and returned at the end of the rental period with the minimum number of issues or dilapidations.

Rental furniture has traditionally been the most popular choice for providing short term furniture packages and remains a convenient solution for interim requirements. However, we identified the need for a more cost effective answer to longer term needs of 6 months or more, which could be closely tailored to meet client’s requirements and applied across a number of properties to ensure a consistent experience for transferees.
In response, we developed a furniture purchase service, which has been adopted by a number of our clients with regular short term or project based assignees in Turkey, where we agree with each client the type and quality of items to be provided to each property and this can be entirely bespoke to suit the assignee population. For instance, for some project based teams from the sub-continent, we have supplied specific Indian cookware and utensils to help the assignees settle in quickly.
Once the list of items and furnishings has been agreed, we manage the acquisition, installation and rotation of the furniture, dressing new properties as they are brought into management and arranging maintenance or replacement of any damaged items.

Our rental home search programme is designed to make the relocation transition for employee and family as smooth as possible, enabling the employee and family to quickly feel at home in the new location.
The rental market in Turkey can be confusing for expatriates; unlike other countries, there is no multiple listing of properties, and unreliable and out of date content makes searching for properties on the internet frustrating and unsatisfactory. Equally, with dramatic regional variations in terms of both rental prices and best practice, there is a clear need for relocating employees to receive expert and independent advice and support.
Our experienced home search specialists take the time to fully understand every brief, and then work to ensure that these objectives are achieved within agreed timelines. Once a property has been selected, we will quickly and efficiently move to secure it, vetting and approving the lease agreement and facilitating the payment of the deposit.
Finally, we are on hand to ensure that an independent inventory check is completed, with any outstanding maintenance works completed prior to the employee moving in, and to assist with the utility connections and local registrations required for the employee and family to feel at home.
We understand how difficult it can be for assignees to adapt to what may be a very different environment, especially when they’re not fluent in the language. Improved fluency will give assignees confidence in both business and social situations. We offer a range of language courses, both in groups and one-to-one, specifically tailored for ability and needs of assignees and their families.
Language training also enables employees and their families to engage more productively with people they meet, improving confidence in business and social situations. Our language training can teach speaking, listening, reading and writing skills, including technical terminology if needed.

Our property services extend to helping with departure, concluding a contract, and exiting a property with minimum cost and effort. On arrival, we offer a range of settling-in services to make the process of setting up a property as simple as possible during those overwhelming first days and weeks.
We’ll take care of organizing basic utilities, advising on banking, driving licenses, insurance services and local registrations.
Particularly helpful for assignees with family, our settling in orientation service helps everyone get to know their new neighborhood. Similar to a preview trip, orientation takes into account the many immediate questions that arriving in a new place can create.
